Middle School Summer Scholars Academy Rising 6th–8th Grade Students

 

Locations:  Mountain Vista Elementary School, Piru Elementary School, and San Cayetano Elementary School

 

Dates: June 13 - July 13

 

Hours: 8:00am - 12:00pm

 

Non-Instructional Days: June 19, July 3-4

 

Office Hours: 7:30am - 12:30pm

 

Drop-Off: 7:30am - 8:00am

 

Pick-Up: 12:00pm - 12:30pm

 

Meals: Free meals will be offered to students for lunch and breakfast each day. Breakfast will be served each morning from 7:30am - 8:00am. Lunch is a grab-and-go and will be served at 12:00pm each day.

 

Curriculum: Fillmore Unified School District is proud to offer in person Summer Scholars Academy to Rising 6th -8th grade FUSD students. This Academy will focus on essential grade level standards in English Language Arts and mathematics to reinforce learning and prepare our scholars for the upcoming school year through Project Based Learning and hands on science activities. Community building and social emotional activities will also be integrated in the summer academy.
