The Maintenance, Operations & Transportation (MOT) department is responsible for maintaining the District's eight academic campuses to provide an atmosphere conducive to learning and student achievement. These campuses encompass more than 75 acres of property and an 80 acre School Farm learning facility.
Per California Public Contract Code 22032, any Public Works Project that is estimated to be below $200,000 is subject to the Informal Bidding Procedures set forth by the State of California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission. All trade categories are subject to Informal Bidding Procedures. Contractors interested in placement on the 2022 Informal Bidding Contractors List are required to be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations and have a current license both of which are subject to certification through the State of California Department of Industrial Relations and the Contractors License Board.
Licensed and approved contractors interested in placement on the District’s 2022 Informal Bidding Pre-Qualified Contractors List, must complete the District’s “Pre-Qualification Forms” and submit it to the Fillmore Unified School District, Facilities Department, 425 Orchard Street, Fillmore CA 93015.
