WHAT WE DO

The Maintenance, Operations & Transportation (MOT) department is responsible for maintaining the District's eight academic campuses to provide an atmosphere conducive to learning and student achievement.  These campuses encompass more than 75 acres of property and an 80 acre School Farm learning facility.

NOTICE INVITING INTERESTED CONTRACTORS FOR THE 2022 CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING (CUPCCA) ACT INFORMAL BID LIST FOR FILLMORE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
 
In accordance with the State of California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting (CUPCCA) Act, the District is inviting all interested licensed contractors to submit their company information for inclusion to the District’s Pre-Qualified Bidding Contractors List for construction projects under $200,000 during the 2022 calendar year.

 

Per California Public Contract Code 22032, any Public Works Project that is estimated to be below $200,000 is subject to the Informal Bidding Procedures set forth by the State of California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission. All trade categories are subject to Informal Bidding Procedures. Contractors interested in placement on the 2022 Informal Bidding Contractors List are required to be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations and have a current license both of which are subject to certification through the State of California Department of Industrial Relations and the Contractors License Board.

 

Licensed and approved contractors interested in placement on the District’s 2022 Informal Bidding Pre-Qualified Contractors List, must complete the District’s “Pre-Qualification Forms” and submit it to the Fillmore Unified School District, Facilities Department, 425 Orchard Street, Fillmore  CA  93015. Forms may be obtained by visiting the District’s website located at www.fillmoreusd.org (click on Facilities, Maintenance & Operations Department) or email request to [email protected]
